When I was younger, my favourite ice cream flavours were cookie dough, Superkid (a.k.a. all the artificial/chemical flavours and colours in the world gathered into an ice cream) and mint chocolate chip. I tended to gravitate more towards the latter. For some reason, mint and chocolate are just so good together. Mint choco chip and I have always had a beautiful romance (don’t judge me too harshly for saying this), but now, our relationship has matured. Instead of artificial green colouring, tons of added refined sugar and high-fat dairy, I now obtain my mint-choco fix via avocado/spinach/fresh mint smoothies.
Make. this. now.
The taste is epic (I sound like a froshie haha).
