Nutella is spreadable candy. In fact, as Dr. Yoni Freedhoff, obesity expert and physician, puts it, two tablespoons of Nutella contain 22 grams of sugar – the same amount of sugar as contained in five Oreo cookies. Would you stack five Oreo cookies on a piece of toast (unless you are practicing for a Jenga tournament)? Thought not.
Trying to part with Nutella? Try this “health-nut” version of it:
Spread 100% natural hazelnut butter on your toast and top with dark chocolate chips.
