Step 1. Take out blender.
Step 2. Do a little jig.
Step 3. Blend together: 1 banana, 2 clementines, 1 cup greens, 1 cup soy or almond beverage, 1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp chia and ice.
Step 4. Enjoy as a refreshing and energizing snack or as a post-workout recovery drink.
